By registering for or participating in any Encircle Movement class, event, workshop, or program, you agree to the following Terms of Service.
Registration and Participation
Participants must provide accurate registration information and complete all required waivers before attending classes or events.
Parent Responsibility
Encircle Movement classes are designed for parents and their children to participate together. Parents or legal guardians are responsible for supervising their children at all times. Encircle Movement does not provide childcare services.
Health and Safety
Participants are responsible for ensuring they and their children are physically capable of participating. Participation should be discontinued immediately if discomfort, pain, or other concerns arise.
Payments
Payment is required prior to participation unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without notice.
Cancellation Policy
Participants may cancel or reschedule according to the cancellation policy in effect at the time of booking. Encircle Movement reserves the right to cancel classes due to weather, instructor illness, low enrollment, venue issues, or circumstances beyond our control.
Photography and Media
Participation in classes or events may result in photographs or videos being captured. Media usage is governed by the Photo and Video Release and Privacy Policy.
